EXPECTATIONS: The decision to select bone cleaning services is deeply personal and strictly voluntary. We promise to do our best to communicate our abilities. We would never take on a project that we didn’t feel confident in completing with great care and precision. We ask that you communicate your desires and goals as clearly as possible. In return, we promise to reiterate your desires and goals back to you to ensure that our understanding of your project is clear. Taxidermy is an art form. It is important to be realistic about your expectations when it comes to choosing taxidermy services. Being realistic about bone cleaning services means understanding that the service of your choice may not turn out exactly as expected. Please understand these services, take time and the estimated turnaround times are subject to change, given the volume of requests, unforseen challenges in the requests, medications, etc. Bone cleaning can take a year plus, (some cleanings have taken 2 years), depending on the medication, and conditions of your loved one. We do not recommend taxidermy services, if you are not ok to wait or are sensitive to the estimated time potentially changing. These services WILL NOT be rushed and we promise to work as fast as we can to get your loved one back home to you. Peaceful Waters reserves the right to terminate the taxidermy agreement at any point based on extenuating circumstances.
